Where & How We Ride

The Heber-Kamas Ranger District of the Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest offer over 200 miles of groomed snowmobile trails and access to over 400,000 acres of mountain terrain. You will be able to ride to 9500 ft. altitude in some of the west’s best snowmobile terrain. You’ll see some spectacular views so bring your camera!

Daytrips holds all applicable permits for the National Forest Service, so you don’t need to get a permit for yourself.

Note: All tours are weather permitting. Prices subject to change.

Time

Snowmobile Rental Requirements
  • IF you are new to snowmobiling please watch this video Trail Riding for Beginners
  • All drivers must have a valid driver’s license or take the education course from the state of Utah.

Under 16 or unlicensed? You need education if you are under 16 years old or unlicensed and will be riding on public lands in Utah. This website will show you how to get your younger riders licensed to ride in Utah: https://www.snowmobile-ed.com/utah/

  • Plan to arrive 30 minutes ahead of the tour to complete some paperwork, receive some training, and get your gear.
Transportation to Our Office

Transportation is available to-and-from Park City or Heber City/Midway for an additional charge.  Please contact us for a quote.
